（Notice）Regarding the Acceptance of Inquiries Before and After Silver Week Holidays

　We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued understanding of and
　cooperation with Customs administration.
　Please be advised that the consultation services provided by Customs Counselors Office of
　Tokyo Customs, via in-person visits and telephone, will be available Before and After Silver
　Week holiday period as follows:
　 Before the Silver Week holidays: Until 5:00 p.m. (JST) on Friday, September 18, 2026
　 After the Silver Week holidays: From 9:00 a.m. (JST) on Thursday, September 24,2026

　Regarding Inquiries Submitted by Email
　Due to the high volume of inquiries during the holiday season, please note that even if we
　receive your email on Friday, September 18, 2026, our response may be on or after Thursday,
　September 24, 2026.
　If your inquiry is urgent, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible.
