(Notice) Regarding Inquiries During the Year-End and New Year Holidays

Please be informed that the consultation services provided by Customs Counselors Office of Tokyo Customs, via in-person visits and telephone, will be available during the year-end and New Year period as follows:

Year-end: Until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 26, 2025
New Year: From 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026

Regarding email consultations:
Due to the high volume of inquiries during the holiday season, please note that even if we receive your email on Friday, December 26, 2025, our response may be after Monday, January 5, 2026. If your matter is urgent, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible.
