Please be informed that the consultation services provided by Customs Counselors Office of Tokyo Customs, via in-person visits and telephone, will be available during the Golden Week period as follows:

 

Thursday, April 30 and Friday, May 1, 2026 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (JST) 

 

Regarding consultations by e-mail: Due to the high volume of inquiries during the holiday season, please note that even if we receive your email on Friday, May 1, 2026 our response may be on or after Thursday, May 7, 2026. If your inquiry is urgent, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible.
