◇Package not delivered◇

I have a package with UPS tracking number 123456789012.
Please check what is the status of my package.

  　The tracking number assigned by the shipping company is not linked to the customs clearance system, so we are unable to check the status of your package.
　Please check whether the carrier has filed an import declaration on your behalf, and if so, the import declaration number.


◇Import customs clearance procedures for moving goods◇

What are the processes and documents required for import customs clearance of moving cargo？

◇Importation of Alcoholic Beverages◇

We are planning to export our wines from France to 3PL(third party logistics) warehouse in Japan, the wine will be sold online and the warehouse company will be responsible for doorstep delivery.
We don’t have any registered company or importer in Japan, can we still import the wine using foreign company？

  　It is possible for foreign corporations to import wine.
　When a person residing abroad performs customs clearance procedures, the importer must designate an ACP (Attorney for Customs Procedures) as his/her agent, fill out the prescribed form in advance, and submit it to the competent customs office.

◇Importation of Salt◇

◇Importation of Prescription Drugs◇

I will stay in Japan for a long period of time for tourism purposes.
For health reasons, I must take my doctor-prescribed medication daily.

◇Advance filing rules◇

We have LCL shipments imported into Japan. As far as we know, the FCL shipments need to file the AFR filing. However, we are not clear whether the LCL shipments that need to file the AFR filing or not.


【A】		  
  　A shipping company or an NVOCC are required to electronically submit information for maritime container cargoes to be loaded on a vessel intending to entry into a port in Japan, to the Customs.
　Therefore, the LCL shipments must also be submitted.

We need to arrange a container cargo from Hong Kong to Mexico and currently a carrier is arranging to transship the container at the port of Yokohama, would you please advise whether we need process AFR filling or not.
