Seeking the opinion of the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry

When identification procedures related to the Unfair Competition Prevention Act have been initiated by Customs, if necessary, Customs may seek the opinion of the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry for the purposes of carrying out the procedures.
