1106 Items to be Described in the Import Declaration Form (FAQ)


   Any person wishing to import goods must declare them to the customs office. Customs declaration is made by submitting a Customs (Tax) Declaration Form to the customs office, and items which must be filled in the Customs Declaration Form are called Declaration Items.

  Declaration Items include the following:
  1. Code, number, name, quantity and price of goods
  2. Country of origin and shipping location of goods and name and address of sender
  3. Name and registration number of carrier (aircraft or ship)
  4. Location of storage of goods
  5. Other items as a reference
