1106 Items to be Described in the Import Declaration Form (FAQ)
Any person wishing to import goods must declare them to the customs office. Customs declaration is made by submitting a Customs (Tax) Declaration Form to the customs office, and items which must be filled in the Customs Declaration Form are called Declaration Items.

- Code, number, name, quantity and price of goods
- Country of origin and shipping location of goods and name and address of sender
- Name and registration number of carrier (aircraft or ship)
- Location of storage of goods
