| Description and Model | The subject products are 1 or 2 as listed below. 1. Flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy steel, cold-rolled, containing less than 0.6 percent by weight of carbon, with a width of 600 millimeters or more, regardless of thickness and shape, excluding products that are clad, plated, or coated. The products are classified under subheading 7209.15, 7209.16, 7209.17, 7209.18, 7209.25, 7209.26, 7209.27, 7209.28 or 7209.90 of the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System(HS). 2. Other flat-rolled products of alloy steel, cold-rolled, containing less than 0.6 percent by weight of carbon, containing 0.0008 percent or more by weight of boron, and containing other elements (other than boron) in amounts not exceeding the limits specified in Note 1(f) to Chapter 72 of the HS Nomenclature, with a width of 600 millimeters or more, regardless of thickness and shape, excluding products that are clad, plated, or coated. The products are classified under subheading 7225.50 or 7225.99 of the HS. |

For interested parties, etc. who have not received Questionnaires and other documents within seven days from the day of the Notice of the Ministry of Finance (No.153, 2026), please contact the Ministry of Finance (see below) with written evidence showing you are the interested parties, within fourteen days of the day of the said Notice. In addition, such interested parties are recommended to fill in the above documents including Questionnaires and submit them to the Ministry of Finance by the respective deadlines.
If the interested parties do not respond to the Questionnaires, etc. by the due date without any justification, the investigating authorities will make a final determination vis-à-vis such interested parties on the basis of the facts available in accordance with Article 6.8 and Annex II of the Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT 1994, paragraph 5 of Article 10 of the Cabinet Order Relating to Anti-Dumping Duty (hereinafter referred to as “the Cabinet Order”) and 10 of the Guidelines for Procedures Relating to Anti-Dumping Duty. Parties concerned listed in the right column of the table below are allowed to present evidence, as well as replying to the Questionnaires above.
In that case, please present the respective documents to the Minister of Finance by submitting them to the “Address for submission” below, by the respective deadlines referred to in the middle column of the table below. Please confirm the number of copies of the documents to be submitted to the “Contact information” below.
