Outline of the Program
The Authorized Exporter's Program covers exporters that have been authorized in advance by the head of a customs office as an entity with satisfactory security management and compliance systems (authorized exporters). Without moving the cargo into a customs area, etc, an authorized exporter is able to declare export of cargo and receive an export permit. "> In addition, authorized exporters can lodge import declarations to any regional Customs office, regardless of the placement of bonded area where their cargo is stored.

Benefit of the Program
Wherever the export cargo is located (in the company's plant or warehouse or in transit to a seaport or an airport)an authorized exporter is able to declare export and receive a permit. In addition, the exporter's qualifications in security control and compliance are taken into account in customs inspection and authorized exporters can lodge export declaration to any regional Customs office. Therefore, the program facilitates export cargo loading and reduce shipment lead time and cost.
