If you received a tracking number from the retailer, you can check the shipping status using the internet tracking service provided by each carrier.


For international mail, the postal number, which is a 13-digit number consisting of “2-digit alphabet + 9-digit number + 2-digit alphabet(country code)” is a tracking number.
You can check the shipping status through the postal tracking service on the Japan Post Co., Ltd. website.
Please note that postal tracking is not available for international mail without a tracking number.

Japan Post and Tokyo Overseas Mail Sub-branch Customs cannot answer or look up tracking numbers other than postal numbers, even if an inquiry is made. Please request a tracking number from the retailer or the respective carrier.
