I don’t want to receive parcels if they are subject to duties and taxes

Ａ For mail arriving from abroad that is subject to duties and taxes, the taxes must be paid in order to receive(import) the mail.

If you are unable to pay your taxes, please inform the mail carrier that you refuse receipt of the mail. The mail will be returned to the sender.
