I have been requested to submit price documents. What kind of documents should I submit?


Customs requests the following documents:


  1. When you are dealing directly with the sender of the parcel:
≫An Invoice issued by sender.
≫A Bill or Receipt.
≫An Order sheet, Contract statement or other documents showing the price.
(Note: price breakdown, material, trade terms, currency unit, etc. listed)
If necessary, payment documents may be requested for price confirmation.

  1. When you purchased from a mail-order website:
≫Printout or screenshot of the purchase history or order completion screen.
(Note: Screen with the name of the purchaser, details of the items, quantity, price, handling charges, shipping charges, and postal tracking number, etc.)

  1. When you purchased through a private transaction:
≫Printout or screenshot of the screen showing the name of the purchaser, purchase correspondence, remittance and payment, etc.
