I would like to send price documents such as invoices or purchase histories by e-mail

Ｑ I would like to send price documents such as invoices (PDF format) or purchase histories (screenshots, JPEGs) by e-mail.


Ａ If you wish to send these by e-mail, please call Tokyo Overseas Mail Sub-branch Customs in advance.
In addition, when you send the e-mail, please be sure to enter the following information in the subject line of the e-mail.
  1. ① Notification number of “Notice of Customs Clearance Procedure for Postal Matters from Abroad”(simplified registered mail)
  2. ② Name of the customs officer in charge
Please note that we will not be able to open e-mails without call in advance or the above mentioned information in the subject line due to internal security policy regulations.
