22. Agricultural Chemicals Regulation Act

Among the mail that has arrived, there is an item that appears to fall under the Agricultural Chemicals Regulation Act. Please follow the procedures according to the following categories.

1. When importing agricultural chemicals that are registered under Article 3, Paragraph 1 or Article 34, Paragraph 1 of the Agricultural Chemicals Regulation Act
   Please submit a copy of the Commercial Import License or original certificated copy of the Commercial Import License to Tokyo Overseas Mail Sub-branch Customs.

2. When importing agricultural chemicals for the purpose of testing and research
   Please submit a copy of the Import Request of Agricultural Chemicals (Appended Form 1), stamped with the import confirmation seal of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, to Tokyo Overseas Mail Sub-branch Customs.

3. When importing technical grade active ingredients that are listed on the Import List of Agricultural Chemicals prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries
   Please submit the Import List of Agricultural Chemicals and Appended Form No. 3 prepared by the importer (recipient) themselves to Tokyo Overseas Mail Sub-branch Customs.

4. When importing technical grade active ingredients that are not listed on the Import List of Agricultural Chemicals prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries
   Please submit the Notification (Appended form No. 4) (copy), stamped with the confirmation seal of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, to Tokyo Overseas Mail Sub-branch Customs.
