-	Submit a notification as early as possible so that you could suspend or discontinue the operation of your integrated customs area or freight facility within the period of permission.

-	Application for Suspension (Discontinuance) of Integrated Customs Area (Customs Form C No. 3180): One copy (Two copies when applying through a customs branch)

-	Submit your notification to a hozei section official of the customs office having jurisdiction over the area where the said integrated customs area is located.
