The applicant must have an unavoidable cause as indicated below:
(1) | Case where the applicant cannot submit an application for approval on storage in a customs warehouse to the Director-General of Customs because the said goods require a permit or approval or administrative disposition or the like or inspection or the furnishing of other conditions according to the provision of a law or order and the applicant is in the course of applying to the competent authority that executes the said law or order |
(2) | Case where the applicant cannot submit an application for approval on storage in a customs warehouse to the Director-General of Customs because the accompanying papers to the application are incomplete due to a reason for which the importer is not responsible |
