- Prepare the following notification and submit it to a customs clearance section official of the customs office that processed the import of the goods.

- Notification of Seizure of Temporarily Admitted Tax-exempted Goods (Customs Form D No. 1030)
(State the name and address of the submitter, number and duration of the carnet, issuer and nominal person, item number, item name, quantity, date of the import permit issued, date of seizure, reason, and other data required.)

- Submit your notification to a customs clearance section official of the customs office having jurisdiction over the area where the tax-exempted goods were imported. (When the address of the submitter is located in a remote area from the customs office that processed the import, the submitter may submit a notification through the nearest customs office.)
