- Submit the documents immediately after the entry.

- Complete the following documents and submit them to the enforcement section of the Customs office having jurisdiction over the location of a Customs airport. Note that documents to be attached may be submitted via fax but their originals must be submitted later.

Entries in the "Declaration of health" column are required for the quarantine office only, and may be omitted for Customs.
