Complete the following documents and submit them to the enforcement
section of the Customs office having jurisdiction over the location
of a Customs airport. Note that documents to be attached may be
submitted via fax but their originals must be presented later |

Please state the flight number for an aircraft operated by an
Airline/Airfreight company. Or if there is no flight number, please
state the registered mark of the aircraft in the "Flight No or Registered Mark of aircraft"
column.
State the estimated date and time of arrival when submitting report
prior to landing, or state the actual time of arrival when
submitting report by document after landing, in the "Scheduled Arrival Date and Time" column.
Crew identification numbers are acceptable under the "Number of Passport" column, if the crew only have such identification with
them. |
