In the customs, The Office of Customs Counselor was set up to give advices and to settle any grievances on the customs formalities. While the trade transactions are getting complicated, the market goods are getting more diversified, inquiries concerning our trade system and trade procedures are increasing. The [O.T.O] (Office Of Trade And Investigation Ombudsman) was established to help ease any grievances occurring in the open market economy. The ombudsman works in the forefront under the Ministry Of Finance.
