1.	That the customs display area, after the goods accommodation capacity is increased or reduced or other works is made, must be distinctively separated from the neighboring areas.
2.	That the storage facility after an increase or reduction in the goods accommodation capacity of the customs display area or other works on the warehouse must be sufficient

-	When an increase in the area of the customs warehouse exceeds the existing area of the warehouse, the increase requires going through obtaining a new permission procedure.
-	The permission charges may be changed, depending on the increase or reduction in the area of the customs display area.
-	When receiving a notification, customs may ask the applicant to take necessary steps if an increase or reduction or other works of the customs area is not distinguished from other areas or if the storage facilities become insufficient.
