2. That goods are not those to be destroyed after obtaining approval from the Director-General of Customs (goods that do not fall into the reservation of Article 45 Paragraph 1 of the Customs Law)

- When your goods fall into the category of discarding other than destruction, the notifier is required to go through an import procedure, depending on the condition after discarding.
- Submit your notification for approval when the said goods to be discarded are stored at a place designated by the Director-General of Customs and when your intended discarding falls into the category of destruction.
