- In accordance with provisions of the Customs Convention on temporary admission of private vehicles, an applicant may go through import and export procedures with temporary admission documents to import or export private vehicles as stated in the convention instead of submitting an import or export declaration. This is a notification to the Minister of Finance that is required when an issuer of temporary admission documents (guarantor body) concludes an agreement for guarantee regarding import duties between international organizations as stipulated under Article 6-1 of the convention.
