4026 Elimination of Tariffs on Imported Goods under the Japan Philippines Economic Partnership Agreement
The Japan-Philippines economic partnership agreement specifies details of tariff concessions in Annex 1. Categories of concessions such as immediate tariff elimination, gradual tariff elimination or reduction, tariff quota, etc. are prescribed in the "General Notes" of Part 1 of Annex I (Reference 1). Also, the details on re-negotiation, tariff quota and tariff reduction, etc. is prescribed in "Notes for Schedule of Japan" in Section 1, Part 2, Annex 1 (Reference 2).
